Our Story
✺
Casa de Alma was created from a simple belief:
your body is not something to fight—it’s something to come home to.
For so many women, living in their body feels confusing, frustrating, and disconnected. Hormonal imbalances, fatigue, bloating, irregular cycles, and feeling “off” have become normalized. Movement feels punishing instead of supportive. Nutrition feels restrictive instead of nourishing.
Casa de Alma exists to change that.
This is a space where we step away from extremes and return to the foundations—
how you eat, how you move, how you live, and how you care for your body on a daily basis.
Because true health isn’t built in quick fixes or rigid plans.
It’s built in the quiet, consistent choices you make every day.
My Story
Movement has always been a part of my life.
As a dancer from a young age, I experienced both the beauty of movement and the pressure that can come with it—the subtle shift from moving to feel good, to moving to control the body. Over time, I began to see how easily we can lose connection with our bodies, even while taking care of them.
But what truly deepened my path into health was witnessing it through someone I love.
Watching my sister navigate her own health challenges changed the way I understood the body. I saw the frustration of not having clear answers, the emotional weight of feeling like something is off, and the confusion that comes with trying to do everything “right” and still not feeling well.
It made me realize that so many women are living in this space —
doing their best, yet still feeling disconnected, depleted, and unheard.
Casa de Alma grew from that experience and from a longing to create the kind of space I wished existed for her — one rooted in gentleness, understanding, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom.
That experience shifted everything for me.
I began to understand that symptoms are not random—they are communication.
The body is always speaking, asking for support, not punishment.
Through my work in rehabilitation settings, I saw this pattern again and again—not just physically, but emotionally. Healing is never just about the body. It’s about how we relate to it.
The Casa de Alma Approach
Casa de Alma is built on a holistic, root-centered approach to health.
We focus on:
Nourishment — supporting your body with intentional, whole foods
Movement — building strength, stability, and longevity (especially for dancers)
Hormonal balance — through lifestyle, nutrition, and daily rhythms
Nervous system support — because healing cannot happen in a constant state of stress
This is not about restriction, extremes, or perfection.
It’s about learning how to support your body in a way that is sustainable, empowering, and aligned with how it’s designed to function.
Casa Alma is for the woman who:
Feels disconnected from her body
Is navigating hormone imbalances or cycle irregularities
Wants to feel strong, energized, and in control of her health
Is ready to move away from extremes and toward balance
Whether you are a dancer, an athlete, or simply someone wanting to feel better in your body, This space is here to support you.
Casa de Alma integrates intentional movement, nourishment, education, and supportive practices to foster resilience, awareness, and self-trust.
