We streamline the busywork so you can focus on what matters most.

Getting There

Your journey begins at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica. Puerto Viejo is approximately a 4.5 hour drive from SJO, and group transportation to and from the airport will be coordinated for all guests.

ARRIVAL · MARCH 22ND

We recommend booking a flight that arrives at SJO by 1:00 PM. Once everyone’s travel details are collected, we’ll coordinate group transportation to Puerto Viejo based on arrival times.

DEPARTURE · MARCH 29TH

We recommend booking your departing flight from SJO for 2:00 PM or later to allow plenty of time for the journey from Puerto Viejo to the airport.

We know flight schedules don’t always line up perfectly. If you’re unable to find a flight within these windows, reach out to us before booking and we’ll work with you to find the best option.

All guests will receive detailed transportation and meeting information prior to the retreat.
